Return Policy

Marilyn’s Lost Photos

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Framing is non-refundable.  All vintage prints are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@marilynslostphotos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 7 business days for your refund to reflect in your bank account. You can always contact us at support@marilynslostphotos.com for any return question.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your order, please contact us at support@marilynslostphotos.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

PLEAE NOTE: If full payment is not received within 30 days of the order date, the order will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued.

DAMAGE ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues reported beyond 3 days (and less than 14 days) are subject to a 20% replacement fee. Any issues reported beyond 14 days will not be accepted.

OVERSIZED PRINTS
We highly recommend prints sized 30x40 or larger are inspected and handled solely by your framer. Please contact us if you would like us to ship your order directly to your framer.

EXCHANGES
Please contact us at support@marilynslostphotos.com to coordinate an exchange. Please note returned items need to be received and approved by Marilyn's Lost Photos before we can approve and process the exchange.  All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is defective or incorrect.
